Engineered to offer a deep and varied workout, the Bowflex Sport
home gym offers a quick, convenient route to improving your
physique. Offering a total body workout in as little as 20 minutes
a day, it incorporates specific circuit training into one workout
and provides more than 50 different exercises and up to 210 pounds
of Power Rod resistance. Additionally, the Bowflex Sport can be
expanded with 100 or 200 additional pounds of resistance by adding
additional Bowflex Power Rods, which can be purchased separately.
The Bowflex Sport features over 60 exercises for both strength
training and cardiovascular workout. You can build your back and
shoulders with the lat tower, your glutes, hamstrings, and quads
with the lower pulley/squat station, and all the muscles of your
legs with the included leg extension/curl station. Plus, the seat
rail slides for aerobic rowing. It also provides handgrip/ankle

The Key to a Better Body
strength training is when you perform exercises with resistance to
build muscle strength. Strength training is not running on a
treadmill, riding a stationary bike, or using a ski or rider machine.
Although these types of aerobic machines use "resistance" to increase
